babysitting. potty training. survival.....questionable.

The current cast:
Jackson-3 years
Carter-15 months
Logan-6 months
Chandler-5 months

Earlier Jackson comes running saying he needs to use the potty, so I take him in there. The poor kid is too short I have to help him onto the potty even with a step-stool. I notice that he actually already went potty in the underwear. I ask where he peed. I come back into the kitchen and there is Carter, sitting in the puddle of pee, slapping around in it like he is taking a bath or something. So I stick Carter in the shower, he starts screaming. Then the 2 babies who have been so happy all morning start screaming. By the time Carter and Jackson are both redressed, and the floor is mopped up, the babies are both so worked up that it takes me 20 minutes to restore order. And at the end it was only 9:30am....I think it's going to be a long day!!!

Wow, Jodi...talk about a fun start to your day!! I hope it got better after that! Ooohhh, Carter sitting in the pee...I think I would die! I am sure it was funny later, but at that moment, SO gross! Miss you, Jodi!

When I read this I remembered when I was potty training Kenzie and immediately thought of a situation that I had just like this!!! Only instead of baby Chloe splashing in pee, it was poop!! Talk about a memorable day! I hope your day went better and that the potty training goes well!
