Christmas week 2008

The week before Christmas we had family pictures taken with my mom and brothers. This isn't a professional picture, but they still look great in their matching red shirts!

After the pictures were taken we ate at The Miracle Mile, yummy! we ate outside and Jackson had fun chasing birds...

After church that sunday we had Christmas! Jack had a blast opening his presents. Here's him with the oinking pig my grandma gave him. We named him Herman.

I'm glad my mom had a good Christmas with her kids :)

These boys must have been bad, they all got coal!

On Christmas Eve we opened gifts with Jason's family. And the kids dressed up for the Nativity scene while we read Luke 2, Aren't they cute?

The boys all got new jammies, and rode around the house in Lincoln's new wagon.

The kids had fun watching the marble set that came from Dennis' work, and Tyler spent hours putting together.

Christmas morning was so much fun. We had set up the basketball hoop that Jack got from his grandparents on Christmas eve next to the tree. Christmas morning he came in and went straight over to it and played basketball all morning!!! We had to hide the ball to get him to open the rest of his gifts! He played so hard that by 9am he was already asleep! So we went to the movies and he slept through most of it and then was a very good boy the rest of the time. We didn't get snow (thank goodness!), but we did have rain off and on all day- I was happy because it was cold enough to wear the jacket my dad got me for Christmas :) I got Jason a surround sound system, so on Saturday Misty and Tyler came over and helped us put it together. It actually was less of a pain than I thought it would be. Anyway, that was our Christmas week. We've had a crazy New Year's week, but that'll have to wait for another day. Hope everyone else had a great Christmas!
